Moy moy palaboi is a Filipino comic  and singing duo who was made famous because of their YouTube uploads.  The brothers started to upload their lip synch videos via YouTube in 2007. In 2008, their videos and their YouTube profile garnered over 5 million hits and they have more than 7,400 subscribers from all over the world.  Consisting of Moy moy  and Roadfil, they are now contract artist of GMA Network, appearing in various shows and regularly appears in the gag show Bubble Gang. In this video, they sing the song "In the Jungle" with the presidential candidate Dick Gordon.

In this video Christine of HappySlip, covers "Replay" by IYAZ.  On the video's description Christine states "Since this fun song has been stuck in my head from all the amazing covers on YouTube - I thought I'd pass it on hahha. I know I'm FAR from perfect, but posting on YouTube should first be about fun!! wahooo! :-)".  To tell you the truth, this song is also stuck in my head, unfortunately I can't sing as good as her, so I am posting her cover instead.  If you are wondering, of all the cover of this song all over youtube, why post her's?  Well for those who doesn't know, she is a Filipina and me being proud of me being a Filipino, so I choose her video to feature here in my blog.  And also because I think she's cute, so Christine if you are reading this, call me... (^_^)

DeStorm receives a challenge about making a song about not singing a song, do you think it's possible?  A lot of people said that it's impossible and it cannot be done...  Well, he would not be posting this video if he didn't made a song about not singing a song, would he?  I like the tune of this song, it's kinda contagious.  I also love the video for it includes familiar faces in youtube, singing this song with DeStorm.  So, now I am not singing this song.... It started with an exercise program for the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center by Warden Byron F. Garcia, but when the warden decided to upload the video of the inmates dancing Michael Jackson's "Thriller", they became world famous.  It was said that even Michael Jackson himself enjoyed the video of the inmates on YouTube, and watching the video during his rehearsals would give him tremendous joy.  And because of the inmates fame, Sony Pictures thought that it would be a great idea to pay homage to MJ on the occasion of the release of "This Is It" by going to Cebu and have Travis Payne work with them to create this piece which is from the film.  And this is the video where the Dancing Inmates dance Michael Jackson's "They Don't Care About Us" with Michael's choreographer Travis Payne.

I like this video for it shows that even those who have been labeled as an outcasts of society, deserves to be given a second chance to change their ways, and it's not impossible with the proper support of other people.  It also shows that Filipinos are really talented, for even those who are in prison have the talent recognized by the whole world.

This video is my tribute to the "Master Rapper" of the Philippines, Francis Magalona (October 4, 1964 March 6, 2009), he might have been gone yet his legacy had lived in the hearts of his fans. This video is me saying that I am proud to be a Filipino and that I am also proud of being an anime fanatic. (^__^)
